G-Star Thunderbird

$17.99

G-Star Thunderbird – The Thunderbird is an extremely popular mold in Innova’s lineup. It was touted as the perfect disc in between the ever popular TeeBird and Destroyer molds. The Thunderbird has lived up to those expectations wonderfully! It is a very straight flyer and can handle high arm speeds with ease. Now thrown by players like Nate Sexton and Jeremy Koling, The Big Sexy tandem, it is still a highly used disc in the Innova lineup. A hybrid between a fairway and distance driver, this disc gets plenty of distance while having the control of a fairway. It bombs way further than most fairways and is generally more stable than most fairways; while at the same time it is much more controllable than a 12 speed. It is pretty glidey and sits right in between the Teebird or Eagle and the Destroyer. It is a solid disc that many players throw and lots of people bag it. Make sure you test out a G-Star Thunderbird today.

Innova says this about the mold: “The Thunderbird comes from strong bloodlines. The stability of a TeeBird with the speed of a Valkyrie; it can be described as a seasoned Firebird with less fade. The Thunderbird is predictable in wind and a great long range placement driver. Pros will appreciate the shot shaping ability of this driver while less experienced players will find a consistent, predictable flight.”
